Welcome to StayShare Vacations (“StayShare,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). StayShare Vacations is a brand name and registered “doing business as” (“DBA”) of IntelliShare LLC (“Company”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, booking platforms, mobile applications, marketing communications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).


By accessing or using the Platform, submitting information, or purchasing any promotional travel or vacation-related offer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility & Use of the Platform

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform or purchase any promotional vacation package. By using the Platform, you represent that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

StayShare Vacations, on behalf of IntelliShare LLC, reserves the right to deny service, cancel bookings, or terminate access if information provided is false, misleading, incomplete, or violates these Terms.

2. Promotional Vacation Offers

StayShare Vacations markets and facilitates access to promotional vacation packages and travel-related experiences, which may be offered in connection with vacation ownership or resort presentations.

All promotional offers are:

  • Subject to availability

  • Non-transferable unless otherwise stated

  • May include eligibility requirements such as age, income range, marital status, or attendance at a presentation

Specific offer details, restrictions, and requirements are disclosed at the time of purchase or booking and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

3. Reservations, Payments & Cancellations

A) Payments

Payments may be required at the time of booking. By submitting payment information, you authorize StayShare Vacations and its payment processors, acting on behalf of IntelliShare LLC, to charge the provided payment method for all applicable fees, taxes, and charges.

B. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary by offer and are disclosed during checkout or in booking confirmations. Failure to follow the applicable cancellation procedures may result in forfeiture of fees.

Unless explicitly stated, refunds are not guaranteed.

4. Communications & Consent

By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive:

  • Reservation confirmations and updates

  • Promotional messages, where permitted by law

Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by following unsubscribe instructions or replying STOP to SMS messages.

5. Third-Party Resort Partners & Service Providers

StayShare Vacations markets and facilitates promotional vacation packages that are fulfilled by independent third-party resort operators, travel providers, and service vendors (“Resort Partners”).


StayShare Vacations, as a DBA of IntelliShare LLC, does not own, operate, manage, or control any Resort Partner properties or facilities. All accommodations, amenities, on-site services, and experiences are provided solely by the applicable Resort Partner and are subject to that Resort Partner’s terms, conditions, rules, and availability.

Resort Partners are not responsible for StayShare Vacations’ or IntelliShare LLC’s marketing materials, advertising representations, booking processes, payment collection, or customer communications. Likewise, StayShare Vacations and IntelliShare LLC are not responsible for the operational acts or omissions of any Resort Partner.

6. Limitation of Resort Partner Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resort Partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to promotional marketing, booking facilitation, payment processing, or communications conducted by StayShare Vacations or IntelliShare LLC.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of StayShare Vacations, IntelliShare LLC, or their licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.


You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

  • Misrepresent your identity or eligibility

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

  • Interfere with Platform functionality or security

Violations may result in immediate termination of access without notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” StayShare Vacations and IntelliShare LLC disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither StayShare Vacations nor IntelliShare LLC shall be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use or inability to use the Platform

  • Participation in promotional offers

  • Acts or omissions of Resort Partners or third parties

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StayShare Vacations, IntelliShare LLC, their affiliates, partners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable state and federal laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
