 Presentation location will take place at the participating Spinnaker Resorts property associated with the guest’s confirmed destination (Branson, MO; Hilton Head, SC; Williamsburg, VA; Ormond Beach, FL, or comparable Spinnaker-affiliated resort).

This advertising material is being used for the purpose of soliciting sales of vacation ownership interests.

ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for this promotional offer, participants must meet all of the following requirements:

  • Must be a U.S, Canadian, or European resident, age 25 to 75.

  • Annual household income of $55,000 or more

  • One offer per household

  • A valid major credit card and matching driver's license or passport are required at check-in

  • If married, cohabitating, or in a life partnership, both partners must attend the presentation together

  • Individuals may purchase separately, provided all eligibility requirements are met

Not eligible for this offer:

  • Individuals who have attended a Spinnaker Resorts vacation ownership promotion within the past 12 months or who currently hold an active promotional package

  • Employees of Spinnaker Resorts, IntelliShare LLC, StayShare Vacations, or their affiliated companies, including immediate family members

SALES PRESENTATION

Attendance at a 90-minute vacation ownership sales presentation hosted by Spinnaker Resorts – Vacation Ownership is required to receive the discounted promotional accommodations.

Failure to attend the required sales presentation will result in a charge equal to the standard retail rate for accommodations, which may range from $250–$350 per night plus tax, depending on location, season, and availability.

OFFER DETAILS

  • All prices are in U.S. dollars

  • Promotional package must be purchased using a major credit card

  • Stay must consist of consecutive nights

  • Travel must be completed within 18 months of purchase

  • Airfare, ground transportation, taxes, hotel/resort fees, housekeeping gratuities, and personal expenses are not included

  • Offer is non-transferable, cannot be combined with other promotions, and is subject to change without notice

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

Rescheduling & Changes:

  • One (1) complimentary reschedule is permitted

  • Travel dates may be adjusted up to 7 Days prior to arrival

  • All changes are subject to availability

  • A change fee may apply depending on timing and resort policies

Cancellations & No-Shows:

  • Failure to attend the scheduled presentation, early departure, or no-show for confirmed reservations may result in:

    • Additional charges

    • Forfeiture of promotional benefits

    • Being billed the full retail value of the accommodations

  • No-shows for confirmed reservations may incur a fee

Residents of certain states may be entitled to specific cancellation rights as required by law. Where applicable, those rights will be honored.

Lodging Taxes & Fees

  • Guests are responsible for all applicable lodging taxes, hotel/resort fees, parking fees, and incidental charges, payable directly to the resort at check-in or check-out.

Promotional Nature of Offer

This offer is a promotional vacation package and is not intended for resale, transfer, or commercial use. Abuse of promotional offers or failure to meet participation requirements may result in disqualification from future promotions.

Entertainment CREDIT (IF APPLICABLE)

Guests may receive a Spinnaker Resorts promotional entertainment credit upon successful completion of the required sales presentation (amount and availability vary by location and promotion).

Entertainment Credit Terms:

  • Entertainment Credits may be used at select Spinnaker Partners.

  • Additional Tickets may be purchased at discounted rates.

  • One-time use only

  • No cash value, no refunds, and not for resale

  • Subject to individual resort merchant terms, blackout dates, and availability

TICKETS & PROMOTIONAL INCENTIVES (IF APPLICABLE)

Upon successful completion of the required 90-minute vacation ownership sales presentation, guests may receive promotional tickets or attraction certificates provided by or on behalf of Spinnaker Resorts, based on the confirmed destination and current promotion.

Ticket & Incentive Terms:

  • Promotional incentives may include show tickets, attraction admissions, excursions, boat tours, or similar experiences, depending on the resort location and availability

  • Tickets are valid only for the specific attraction or experience issued

  • Additional tickets may be purchased at discount rates

  • One-time use only

  • No cash value, no substitutions, no refunds, and not for resale

  • Tickets are subject to attraction/vendor rules, blackout dates, capacity limits, weather conditions, and availability

  • Transportation to and from attractions is not included, unless otherwise stated

BONUS FUTURE VACATION INCENTIVE (IF APPLICABLE)

Guests may also receive a Bonus 4 Day / 3 Night Promotional Vacation Certificate after completing the required sales presentation at a participating Spinnaker Resorts location.

Bonus Vacation Terms:

  • The Bonus Vacation is valid for a future vacation and is issued after the sales presentation

  • The Bonus Vacation may not be combined with the initial stay and cannot be used consecutively to create a 6-night stay

  • The Bonus Vacation must be activated within 6 months after date of issue. Travel must be completed within 12 months of issuance.

  • A vacation ownership sales presentation is NOT required at the time of use for the Bonus Vacation

  • Accommodations will be provided at a Spinnaker Resorts property or comparable resort hotel, based on availability

  • Taxes, resort fees (if applicable), transportation, and personal expenses are not included

  • Blackout dates, advance reservation requirements, and availability restrictions may apply

ACCOMMODATIONS

Guests will enjoy accommodations at a Spinnaker Resorts property or comparable resort hotel, typically in a 1-Bedroom Suite or Hotel-Style Unit (occupancy varies by resort and room type) depending on the package purchased.

Promotional Package Rates:

  • 4 Days / 3 Nights at a comparable hotel– $99 + tax

    (Retail value ranges from $450–$800, depending on location, season, and availability)

  • 4 Days / 3 Nights at a Spinnaker Resort – $199 + tax
     (Retail value ranges from $550–$900, depending on location, season, and availability)

Additional Terms:

  • Room upgrades may be available at check-in for an additional fee

  • Reservations must be made at least 14 days in advance

  • Do not purchase airfare until travel dates are confirmed

  • Certain room types, views, and check-in days may be restricted

  • Comparable accommodations may be substituted if necessary

  • Valid check-in days vary by resort and will be disclosed at time of booking
